Recombinant human collagen
Until now, collagen has been obtained from animal tissues. In Karisma, on the other hand, we deal with collagen, which is the same as human, but produced by genetic engineering by silkworm butterflies – this is the result of over forty years of scientists’ work. Generally speaking, they replaced the sericin gene, which is one of the two proteins that make up the silk thread, with the type I collagen gene. What is AIOR50?
AIOR50 is as close as you can get to a mini face lift without any surgery! AIOR50 is a skin rejuvenation treatment that improves skin elasticity, tone, texture, hydration, and overall radiance.

Nucleofill contains highly purified polynucleotides. These are essentially organic compounds found naturally in the body, such as sugars, that are bound together in clusters. Known as the building blocks of DNA, these organic compounds act to help repair and restore cell function in our bodies.

Does Nucleofill work?
A couple of months ago I attended a lecture and workshop on Nucleofill and I have to say, I was impressed. Very impressed.
As you can see from these before and after pictures of a patient I treated, there are significant improvements to the overall appearance of her skin after only two treatments.
The recommended frequency is to have two treatments with a gap of 2-4 weeks in between each session. In severe cases, this can be increased to up to four treatments at 2-4 week intervals. The effects last for up to 9 months.

What is PLINEST® and how does it work?
PLINEST® is an injectable polynucleotides product made up of highly-purified polynucleotides (PN-HPT®) extracted in a harm-free way from trout DNA. A polynucleotide is a sequence of nucleotides, as in DNA or RNA, bound into a chain.
When injected intradermally, PN-HPT® promotes a trophic and stimulating action on existing fibroblasts
